Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all locations within Nepal. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery time is 1 day within Kathmandu Valley.
Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days within Nepal.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days, available at an additional cost.
Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: Free for orders above NPR 3,000. Orders below this amount will incur a flat shipping fee of NPR 100 inside ring road of Kathmandu Valley and NPR 130 on far areas of Kathmandu Valley such as Chandragiri, Sankhu etc..
Express Shipping: Charges vary based on the delivery location and package weight, calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your package's status on our shipping partner’s website.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We may request photos of the damaged product and the packaging for verification.
Changes to Your Order
If you need to modify your shipping address or order details after placing your order, please contact us within 24 hours. Changes made after the order has shipped may not be accommodated.
